Terms of Service

Bizcess, LLC is a digital marketing agency based out of Alpharetta, Georgia. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered: We offer Website Design, Digital Marketing Consulting, Branding Services, Pay Per Click Advertising, and other related services to our clients. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time without prior notice.
2. Ownership of Work: Any work completed by our agency for a client does not become the property of the client until all terms of the written Agreement have been met.
3. Payment: Clients have the option to make payments online through our invoice software, Stripe, Cashapp, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle. We reserve the right to modify our payment methods at any time.
4. Refunds: Refunds will only be granted if work has not yet commenced. Once work has begun, no refunds will be granted.
5. Changes to Agreement: Any changes to the written Agreement must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to us in a timely manner. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
7. Confidentiality: We will keep all client information confidential and will not share it with third parties without the client's written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability: Our liability to clients is limited to the amount paid by the client for our services.
9. Termination: Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.
