Terms of Service

bizCESS, LLC is a digital marketing agency based in Alpharetta, Georgia. By using our services or purchasing any of our digital products, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Services Offered

We provide Website Design, Digital Marketing Consulting, Branding, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, and other related services. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service or product at our discretion and without prior notice.

2. Digital Products

bizCESS, LLC also offers digital products including but not limited to eBooks, templates, toolkits, and downloadable resources. All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

3. Ownership of Work

Any custom work completed by bizCESS, LLC remains the property of the company until all payment obligations and terms of the signed Agreement have been fulfilled by the client.

4. Payments

Payments for services and products can be made via Stripe, invoice software, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle. We reserve the right to change, or update accepted payment methods at any time.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for services may only be granted if work has not yet commenced. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued. All digital product purchases are non-refundable.

6. Changes to Agreement

Any modifications to the original written Agreement must be approved by both parties in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in a timely manner. bizCESS, LLC is not liable for any delays or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.

8. Confidentiality

All client information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent, unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services or products is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service or product in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an Agreement at any time with written notice. The client will be responsible for payment of all work completed and services rendered up to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using our services or purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
